Conduct user research such as contextual inquiry, focus groups, user testing and be able to put a research plan together and action the plan within the squad.
Comfortable co-conducting UX and service design research workshops and using the results to inform journey and design direction. Work with the Squad Product Owner, designers and engineers to create a user experience and design that will deliver against the customer needs, product vision and objectives.
Work closely with the squad and other designers to create and iterate design concepts for the digital product suite.
Work in a highly iterative way, directly with the engineers, to allow a high-paced and iterative development and delivery process.
You must be comfortable with designing for early MVPs with a large amount of ambiguity, and subsequently iterating over live designs with input from user testing and data analytics.
Align design patterns and visuals to the design library system, maintain design consistency with other squad designers and adhere to defined design standards.
Experience in digital product design and development, especially in an iterative Agile process.
Experience with designing quality digital consumer products. Graphical and Visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of software such as Figma or Adobe suite.
Experience in rapid prototyping and rapid prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Zeplin, Azure or similar tools. Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence.
Experience with user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping.
