To supervise a Foreign National (FN) workforce in the United States Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA) warehouse conducting inventories, consolidating and packing medical and non-medical supplies, build shelving, operating MHE and general warehouse operations.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
The Warehouse Lead shall manage work schedules conduct inspections and provide technical assistance to storage activities; assist in development and preparation of operations information including ensuring inventories and locations surveys are performed in accordance with established procedures; instructs warehouse personnel in loading, unloading, segregation, dunnage, palletizing and selection of stock and storage areas; perform property disposal storage functions; ensure applicable of special procedures for handling, storing, packaging and shipping medical and non-medical; and direct correction of location survey discrepancies.
Provide Item Management including accountability, control, replenishment and rotation of expired medical materiel monthly and utilize the Shelf Life Extension Program (SLEP) to extend pharmaceutical materiel.
Manage due in by reviewing order status and delivery dates and communicating with the inventory manager and the forward site manager
Shall plan, direct, and coordinate a full range of activities associated with shipping and transportation, and process documents pertaining to the Shipment of Unit Assemblages to include all information pertaining to the movement according to customer requirements.
Coordinate with the Forward Site Manager, identify, receive, inventory, safeguard, and verify the cold chain management (CCH) integrity of incoming temperature sensitive medical products (TSMP).
Ensure that all employees are always in compliance with all established Safety Policies and Regulations.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Computer, Cell Phone, Vehicle, Forklift, MHE, and other office equipment
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Work Week: 48 hours (6 days @ 8 hours a day) is the standard work week. This position requires flexibility in work hours.
Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
