Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.
Greeting and interacting with visitors.
Organizing and maintaining the lobby, conference room, filing room and kitchen.
Retrieving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and delivering outgoing mail to the post office.
Managing case files.
Data-entry, including using QuickBooks to enter monthly case expense information.
Managing company databases.
Minimum two years experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good communication skills in English.
