Target of the Position To develop and lead people, projects, and programs to advance organizational productivity, impact, and results by enabling improvements in operational infrastructure The role will lead the design, implementation and institutionalization of rigorous and leading processes, tools and methods that drive consistency and adoption by various teams To succeed in this role, it is imperative you have a strong track record of people management within healthcare services, expertise working with Agile methodology, exposure to learn is preferred. Responsibility Lead all operation activities in vaccines field. Identify short and long-term operational initiatives. Review monthly performance and present it to leadership team. Coordinate information flow and apply learnings to support strategic opportunities. Manage a direct report team Manage and Monitor all strategic related initiatives to ensure that they prioritized, resourced, and supported. Continuous quality improvement and quality management. Ensuring governance and controls are upheld and delivered on all project assignments All risk and issue management along with senior stakeholder engagement Communicate concisely and clearly to project team ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner Establishment of a continuous improvement platform measured by clearly defined key performance indicators. Knowledge of business challenges and priorities to identify opportunities Presentations Drive the team to deliver deliverables on time Working Experience At least 7 years working experience in healthcare projects At least 5 years in people management. Continuous Improvement, Quality Improvements experience Experience working in a cross functional role is a plus (IT, healthcare, supply chain, process optimization, change management, etc.) Ability to manage complex and fast paced project engagements Capability & Knowledge License/Certificate: Strategic management certification is preferred. Capability and Skill: Good problem solving and communication skills. Great organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
