Vice Principal

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Principal in the overall administration and leadership of the school.
Supervise academic programs and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Implement school policies and promote discipline, safety, and student well-being.
Lead professional development initiatives for staff.
Coordinate with various departments to improve operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Master's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a CBSE school setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of KHDA regulations and inspection frameworks is an advantage.
Passionate about student development and academic excellence.
