Walk-in interviews for Contact Center positions - Arabic speakers with Excellent English (Bilinguals only).
1- Call Centre Agents: 100 vacancies - AED 4,000 to 4,500/-
2- Team Leader: 7 vacancies - AED 6,500/-
3- Quality Analyst: 5 vacancies -AED 6,000/-


ملخص المرشح المطلوب

Required skills and criteria:
• Arabic speakers with Excellent English.
• Relevant contact center or customer service experience (Agent role)
• Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to QA/Ops management team (Quality role)
• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader in a contact centre (Team Leader)
• Proficient in MS Office with good typing skills.
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts & public holidays.
• Age must be below 40 years.
• Available to start immediately.
• Applicants on sponsorship or family visa (Passport & visa of self & sponsor must be valid for more than 6 months).

Walk-in interview details:
Date – October 13, 2020
Time – 10:00 a.m. To 04:00 p.m.

Interview Location: Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre - Port Saeed Road - Baniyas Rd - Dubai

By Metro: Red Line Deira City Center stop- 2 minutes’ walk through the mall.

Please carry a copy of your updated C.V

Dress Code: Interviews to be attended in proper business formals. Be courteous, conscientious and show up on time, be well-groomed and well-dressed.

Important Note: Candidates must wear their mask at all times and respect the COVID19 protocols and instructions. Kindly bear with us on any delays as the interviews would be conducted observing social distancing.
