PURPOSE
• CSR shall be the first point of contact for the customer for any of their business requirements.
• Responsible to provide excellent service to customer in terms of communication, timely order processing, addressing to complaints, etc
MAIN TASKS
• Ensure that accurate and complete order receiving, and order processing are in place and and all relevant records are properly maintained
• Ensure that outbound orders are received, picked and prepared according to the customer s KPIs
• Ensure that accurate and on-time invoicing is in place by extracting necessary data from WMS
• Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Coordinating with operational team to ensure all customer s KPIs and standards are met and updating the customer accordingly
• Process Customs declaration and prepare necessary documentation for the movement of Goods
• Participate in QBR meeting and preparing necessary input to analyze the current business status
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Computer literate and can operate MS Office and WMS.
• SAP knowledge shall be an added advantage
• Ability to Read and write English.
