A warranty coordinator processes warranty claims for marine engines, spare parts and accessories via online Factory Extranet system and assists customers through the entire claims process.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Scheduling warranty repair with the customers and workshop
• Collecting data from technicians
• Communicating with the customer
• Processing warranty claims, pre-authorizations, WARN reports and recall programs
• Tracking parts and items required for warranty repair
• Monitoring warranty repair progress and updating the customers and workshop manager about the status

• Technical background
• Technical mindset
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warranty Coordinator
• Technical experience in Marine or Automotive business
• Must be able to find the root cause of the failures and submit the failure analysis report to the Supplier
• Must understand the principles of internal combustion engines with EFI systems and ECM/ECU control
• Experience with online warranty processing systems (Extranet or similar)
• Trainability
• Confident user of MS Office, SAP, Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/MS Edge
• Fluent English – reading, writing, speaking
