Lead Web Developer Zulekha Hospital

We are hiring a hands-on Web Development Technical Lead responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling business-critical websites and web systems across healthcare and multiple commercial industries.

This role requires a strong mix of technical depth, UI/UX understanding, and leadership. Role will own complex, high-availability websites includes 250 bedded healthcare group and lead the delivery of web platforms for clients across automotive, events, e-commerce, and F&B.

While lightweight internal tools may be developed when needed, the core focus of this role is web architecture, performance, uptime, and delivery excellence.

Web Architecture & System Ownership

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of multiple websites and web platforms
• Ensure 24/7 uptime, performance, security, and scalability
• Lead debugging, monitoring, and incident resolution for live production systems
• Manage hosting environments, domains, SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring

Web Development & UI / UX Leadership

• Lead development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frameworks
• Apply strong UI/UX principles focused on usability, conversion, and speed
• Review and approve front-end implementations from internal and external teams
• Maintain and evolve websites for:Large healthcare organizations
  Automotive & car wrapping businesses
  Events, festivals, and exhibition platforms
  E-commerce brands
  Food & Beverage companies (lead generation & campaign sites)
