To supervise and manage the operation of the Service Centre.
· Annual Target: Outlet Sales Target
· Total Number of employees: 5 – 20 (varies as per branch)
· Total Number of direct reporting employees: 5 – 10 (varies as per branch)
· Geographical territory:
Supervise & Incharge for the workshop operation.
Supervise & Incharge for the repair & delivery process.
To take stock responsibility in guidance or absence of Manager to have smooth operation.
Resolving Customer complaints on day to day basis to provide Customer Satisfaction.
Motivating staffs to gain maximum productivity.
Ensure tidiness for service centre and product before delivery to have professional outlook of the Service Centre.

· 3 years Diploma in any specified HA Products.
· 3-5 year Experience in Home Appliances Products & Service
· Proficiency in Computer with Good Knowledge of MS Office.
· Bilingual will be advantageous.
· Knowledge in customer service principles and practices are essential as per administrative procedures.
