Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to accounts payable.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Assist with internal and external audits.

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of hotel financial procedures, vendor management, and tax compliance
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
