الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Accounting & Finance
Maintain accurate books of accounts for construction projects
Record daily transactions including expenses, receipts, journal entries, and bank transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Project & Cost Accounting
Maintain project-wise cost records (material, labor, subcontractors, overheads)
Track budgets vs actual costs and highlight variances
Assist in project billing, client invoices, and certification tracking
Coordinate with site engineers for expense verification and documentation
Vendor & Contractor Management
Process vendor and subcontractor bills and ensure timely payments
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain contract and payment records
Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and audits
Ensure TDS calculation, deduction, and filing
Assist with statutory audits and internal audits
Ensure compliance with local financial and labor regulations
Banking & Cash Management
Bank reconciliation statements
Manage petty cash and site-level cash expenses
Coordinate with banks for transactions and documentation
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS reports for management
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred

Experience
3–6 years of accounting experience
Prior experience in construction / real estate / infrastructure industry preferred

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Experience with project accounting and cost control
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
Good knowledge of GST and TDS

Ability to coordinate with site teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
