الأدوار والمسؤوليات
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Record all daily transactions and sales of the retail shop in the accounting system
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Review and post purchase and sales invoices
• Reconcile daily sales reports, cash, and POS summaries
• Prepare basic financial reports such as:
Profit & Loss – Balance Sheet
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
• Record expenses, purchases, and store-related payments
• Maintain accurate filing of all financial documents
• Support external auditors when required
• Handle accounting tasks related to store purchasing, stock movement, and logistics

✅ Required Skills & Experience
• Relevant experience in accounting
• Experience in retail / shop accounting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Tally accounting software
• MS Excel
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Basic understanding of VAT and maintaining VAT-related documentation
• Familiarity with purchase, stock, and sales paperwork
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Strong work ethic and ability to coordinate smoothly with the store team

The ideal candidate should be familiar with retail/store accounting, daily sales reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
