Position Overview:

The Accounts Manager will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT filings, and corporate banking regulations, and providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Odoo ERP, financial reporting, and cost control, with a strong understanding of corporate finance within the UAE business landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Accounting:

• Oversee daily financial transactions, ledger entries, and reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring financial accuracy and completeness.

• Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and analyze expenditures.

Corporate Tax & VAT Compliance:

• Prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns in compliance with UAE regulations.

• Ensure adherence to UAE corporate tax laws and financial reporting standards.

• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate compliance and audit processes.

• Stay updated with UAE tax policies and financial regulatory changes to mitigate risks.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for senior management.

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize cost control and operational efficiency.

• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

• Implement financial risk assessment and cost-saving initiatives.

Banking & Treasury Operations:

• Manage corporate banking transactions, including fund transfers, LC documentation, and cash flow forecasting.

• Coordinate with UAE banks for corporate accounts, loans, and financial facilities.

• Oversee financial transactions related to fleet leasing and vendor financing.

• ERP & Process Optimization:

  • Utilize Odoo ERP for financial reporting, accounting automation, and data analytics.

  • Improve accounting workflows and internal financial controls for enhanced efficiency.

  • Ensure seamless integration of financial processes with fleet management operations.
