ADNOC Technical Academy is a leading energy training facility that contributes to ADNOC's commitment to developing a future technical workforce. Our mission lies in developing young Emiratis’ technical skills and competencies, which are required to fulfill vital and critical front-line jobs in the energy industry. Since its inception in 1978, the ADNOC Technical Academy has served as ADNOC's training arm, providing technical and specialized educational programs and competency assessments to help Emirati youth and ADNOC employees develop their competencies while supporting ADNOC's expansion and growth plans.
