Ajman Port & Customs Department is a government entity under the Ajman Government that was restructured by Amiri Decree #15 on December 6, 2011. Ajman Port & Customs Department is tasked with organizing the maritime transport sector in the Emirate of Ajman and implementing the 2002 GCC Unified Customs Law and its executive provisions, regulations, rules, and applied local legislation related to Customs and Maritime.
