Starting in 1974 as a mechanical contractor, we initially built our expertise in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems. In subsequent decades, through joint ventures, acquisitions and entrepreneurship, we broadened our horizon to include electrical systems, servicing of large tonnage chillers, general and specialised cleaning services, security services and most recently energy management by achieving RSB Accreditation as an Energy Services Company (ESCO). Today, we have a strong and integrated service portfolio and are one of the largest FM service providers in the UAE. With 300+ live projects, we are leaders in infrastructure, luxury property, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, commercial, residential, retail and education sectors.
