Amos Competency Center Manager flyadeal Egypt

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional owner of the AMOS system across all Engineering & Maintenance domains.

• Lead AMOS change management including UAT planning, release notes, stakeholder communication, and change approval governance.

• Ensure alignment between AMOS configuration and approved Maintenance Programs, CAMO procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and lead the AMOS Competency Center, including system specialists, data analysts, and key super-users.

• Define roles, responsibilities, and RACI for AMOS-related activities across departments.

• Build internal AMOS expertise to reduce dependency on external consultants.

• Oversee AMOS configuration, enhancements, and module utilization (Planning, Work Orders, Materials, Technical Records, Reliability, Contracts, Finance interfaces, etc.).

• Lead system upgrades, releases, and regression testing in coordination with IT and vendors.

• Drive automation, standard workflows, and best-practice process design within AMOS.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of engineering, maintenance, and asset data within AMOS.

• Support CAMO compliance, audits, and regulatory inspections through robust system controls and reporting.

• Oversee AMOS data governance practices, including data quality metrics, digital documentation compliance, and audit readiness for regulatory bodies.

• Define AMOS training strategy, competency levels, and certification paths for users.

• Ensure effective onboarding, continuous training, and support for Engineering & Maintenance teams.

• Act as escalation point for complex system issues impacting operations or compliance.

• Lead integration of AMOS with AIMS, Skywise, MSD, BI, OEM portals, eTLB, DRM and other airline operational platforms to enable seamless data flow and a unified digital ecosystem.

• Own interface governance and ensure accurate data exchange across systems.

• Develop and monitor KPIs for AMOS performance, data integrity, adoption, and process efficiency.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost control, and reliability through system optimization.
