Aqaar is a Government Public Corporation founded in 2016 by Emiri Decree No. 9, representing the consolidation of the Department of Private Properties (est. 1999) and the Real Estate Investments Public body (est. 2002). Aqaar is dedicated to promoting the business structure and infrastructure of the Emirate and increasing the real estate sector's contribution to sustainable economic development in Ajman.
