About the Role:

• Contribute to and lead aspects of concept design, schematic design, and detailed design phases.

• Develop strong, integrated architectural solutions that respond to urban, environmental, cultural, and client-driven parameters.

• Translate conceptual ideas into coordinated, buildable design packages.

• Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure design integrity throughout all stages.

• Participate in design workshops, client presentations, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.

• Support documentation, detailing, and technical development aligned with regional regulations and international best practices.

• Maintain design quality and consistency across large-scale, mixed-use developments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated ability to approach projects holistically, balancing design intent, technical feasibility, sustainability, and contextual sensitivity.

• Strong design sensibility with a refined graphic and spatial communication ability.

• Experience contributing to large, complex mixed-use projects (hospitality, retail, residential, commercial, civic).

• Advanced proficiency in Rhino (essential).

• Strong working knowledge of Revit for BIM-based design and documentation.

• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Enscape, V-Ray, Grasshopper) is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of documentation standards and coordination processes.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• 5-8 years of professional experience within reputable international or regional design firms.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex mixed-use projects.

• Prior experience working in the UAE and/or KSA is essential.

• Strong understanding of regional regulations, authority approvals, and project delivery frameworks.

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants across design stages.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Professional registration or progress toward licensure is advantageous.
