Assistant Bar Manager Four Seasons Hotel

What you will do:

• Support the Bar General Manager in managing daily operations.

• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

• Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.

• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

• Oversee inventory management and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, policies and procedures.

• Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.

What you bring:

• Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East in the similar role.

• Proven experience in bar or lounge management, luxury hospitality setting.

• Exposed to nightlife operations is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge alcoholic beverages, cocktails and trends.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in at least two international languages.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
