Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, credit reports, and payment history
* Assist in determining suitable credit limits and terms based on detailed risk assessments
* Monitor credit performance and escalate anomalies or emerging risks
* Support new customer account setup and credit approval processes
* Review AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
* Coordinate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays
* Recommend appropriate actions on high-risk accounts including holds, collections, or negotiations
* Contribute toward monthly cash collection targets
* Identify credit risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
* Maintain accurate credit files, documentation, and periodic credit limit reviews
* Prepare regular credit exposure reports, overdue summaries, and collection status updates
* Assist in developing and implementing updated credit policies and procedures
* Support audits by providing necessary credit documents and reconciliations
* Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support order processing and resolve disputes efficiently
