Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales in planning and executing corporate sales strategies to expand market share.
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management, regular meetings, and personalized service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and capture new business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Represent voco Dubai at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and establish new partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage rate agreements in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
4+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant director role.
Strong network of corporate clients and market knowledge in Dubai and GCC regions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales campaigns.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar).
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
