قم بمعالجة جميع تسجيلات الضيوف، والتحقق من هوية الضيوف، وشكل الدفع، وتخصيص الغرفة، وتنشيط/إصدار مفتاح الغرفة. قم بإعداد حسابات دقيقة لكل ضيف وفقًا لمتطلباتهم. أدخل معلومات مكافآت ماريوت. تأكد من مطابقة الأسعار لرموز السوق، وثق الاستثناءات. تأمين الدفع قبل إصدار مفتاح الغرفة، والتحقق من الفواتير/تعديلها. جمع ومراجعة التقارير/السجلات/قوائم الطوارئ اليومية. أكمل تقارير الصراف والإغلاق. زود الضيوف بالتوجيهات ومعلومات العقار. استجب لطلبات الضيوف، وتواصل مع الموظفين المناسبين إذا لزم الأمر. تابع لضمان تلبية الطلبات. قم بمعالجة جميع أنواع الدفع، والقسائم، والمدفوعات، والرسوم. قم بموازنة وإسقاط الإيصالات. احسب وأمن البنك في بداية ونهاية الوردية. احصل على تفويضات يدوية واتبع جميع إجراءات المحاسبة. أبلغ قسم الحماية/الأمن عن أي تقارير ضيوف عن السرقة. ساعد الإدارة في تدريب وتقييم وتوجيه وتحفيز الموظفين؛ كن نموذجًا يحتذى به ونقطة الاتصال الأولى في عملية ضمان المعاملة العادلة/سياسة الباب المفتوح. طور/احتفظ بعلاقات عمل إيجابية؛ دعم الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة؛ استمع واستجب بشكل مناسب لمخاوف الموظفين. اتبع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة؛ أبلغ عن الحوادث، والإصابات، وظروف العمل غير الآمنة للمدير؛ أكمل التدريب والشهادات المتعلقة بالسلامة؛ تأكد من أن المظهر الشخصي نظيف ومهني؛ حافظ على سرية المعلومات الخاصة؛ احمِ أصول الشركة. رحب واعترف بالضيوف؛ توقع واهتم باحتياجات خدمة الضيوف؛ ساعد الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات؛ اشكر الضيوف بتقدير حقيقي. تحدث بلغة واضحة ومهنية؛ أعد وراجع الوثائق المكتوبة بدقة وكمال؛ أجب على الهواتف باستخدام آداب السلوك المناسبة. تأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة. أدخل وابحث عن المعلومات باستخدام أنظمة الكمبيوتر/نقاط البيع. قف، اجلس، أو امشِ لفترة طويلة من الزمن. تحرك، ارفع، احمل، ادفع، اسحب، وضع الأشياء التي تزن أقل من أو تساوي 10 أرطال دون مساعدة. قم بأداء مهام العمل المعقولة الأخرى كما طلب المشرفون.
