Prepare, review, and finalize subcontract agreements, work orders, and RFP/RFQ documentation.

Evaluate subcontractor technical and commercial proposals and conduct detailed comparative analyses.

Coordinate with project, engineering, contracts, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

Lead negotiations with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Maintain accurate procurement records, contract documentation, and subcontractor performance data.

Ensure timely issuance of LOIs, subcontract agreements, and variation orders.

Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Identify potential risks in subcontracting activities and recommend mitigation plans.

Support procurement strategy development and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
