Main Job Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory items in designated locations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including processing incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders for delivery.
• Perform stock checks and cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in coordinating stock movements within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and optimal product placement.
• Support the returns management process by processing returned items, restocking inventory, and updating inventory records accordingly.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE), such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping tasks as needed to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse, always adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in operational reporting activities, including data entry, compiling performance metrics, and generating reports for management review.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and safety regulations.
• Participate in colleague training and onboarding activities, sharing knowledge and best practices with new team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on task progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
