What You ll Do

• Identify and research potential clients in the Dubai / Middle East market.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events to generate leads.
• Schedule meetings and introductory calls with prospective clients alongside senior sales leaders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
• Build an understanding of IT services and digital transformation solutions to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM.
• Participate in training and mentorship sessions to strengthen sales skills.
• Travel frequently within Dubai and the Middle East region based on client meeting schedules.

What We re Looking For

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
