Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners to expand business reach.
- Lead the execution of the B2B distribution strategy and annual sales plan to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor store and client performance.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor sales KPIs, including net sales, profitability, and stock turnover, and recommend performance improvements.
- Provide feedback to Buying, Planning, and Operations teams on product performance, pricing, and market trends.
- Oversee all in-division operations related to revenue management, cash handling, and administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 5 years of experience in B2B distribution, sales operations, or channel management, preferably within retail or lifestyle industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
