Established in 2000, Beijing Emirates were founded by its present managing partners Eng. Gamal Moustafa and Eng. Hazem El Gendy, with the sole objective of providing quality and professional construction services in the region. In order to achieve this purpose, BEC’s managing partners teamed up with technical professionals, engineers, architects, planners and lawyers, so that BEC could effectively manage the goals of clients as well as provide services of high quality.
