Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models for MEP systems in line with project specifications and BIM standards.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural, and civil models to ensure accurate interdisciplinary integration.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and propose resolutions to avoid construction conflicts.
• Generate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the MEP design intent is accurately implemented.
• Support project teams in resolving design and model coordination issues during design and construction stages.
• Perform model audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of BIM data.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans and compliance with ISO 19650 and other BIM standards.
• Develop BIM workflows and data management procedures to enhance design efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training for team members on Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
• Stay updated with BIM advancements, integrating new technologies and best practices into project workflows.
