الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Assess customer needs and propose customised BLOX software solutions.
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure customer loyalty.
Provide product expertise, onboarding support, and after-sales assistance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Conduct product presentations, demos, and value-based solution selling
Identify, qualify, and convert leads to drive business growth.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual software sales targets.
Analyse market insights and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
Contract & Revenue Management
Negotiate pricing, licensing terms, and service agreements in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate documentation of proposals, agreements, and commercial transactions.
Product & Industry Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge of pharma distribution workflows and regulatory requirements. Develop a deep understanding of BLOX software modules, features, and competitive advantages.
Share market feedback with the Technology/Product Development team to enhance offerings.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare periodic reports on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Track sales KPIs and progress against assigned quotas.
Recommend improvements for market penetration and revenue optimisation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum: High School Diploma / Equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Software Sales, Pharma IT Systems, or similar tech-driven sales role
Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
A valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory
Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP familiarity (preferably BLOX or similar)
Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand business processes and deliver consultative solutions
Tech-savvy with the ability to explain software functionality simply and clearly
