The purpose of the position is to perform a crucial role in moving the Commercial Department towards meeting or exceeding company targets through efficient analysis based on forward looking market intelligence and historical data analysis. This includes detailed pricing, product, business development & marketing analysis.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVES
- Preparation of comprehensive annual Sales Budget for all production units by application, customer, region, customer material and variance analysis.
- Preparation of annual commercial expense budget (CAPEX & OPEX) for all offices, controls and communicates utilization of Sales Budget on each offices / department.
- Provide Input and be involved in conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of business strategies of each region and ensure that it is aligned with the company and Group’s strategy.
- Report relevant findings from the strategies implementation, giving insight for improvements to the company’s senior management.
- Analysing and monitoring on a monthly basis the performance against budget, month on month and in comparison, to the previous years.
- Reporting and analysis per salesperson for their KPI performance against the target and suggestions on corrective actions in accordance to their performance, as well as monthly KPI’s reporting and root cause analysis as agreed with management
- Collection of data and preparation of analysis for Review of monthly conversions to customers on finish, region and salesperson basis.
- Analyze and finalize the Monthly price for the specific customers as per the pricing policy as approved by the management.
- Periodical preparation of reports for evaluation of Die Amortization Plans, Price Fix Agreements and provide input to the concerned person as per their requirements
- Preparation of Reconciliations for Finance – Sales Collaboration on monthly basis
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Analysis (GEX & TALEX) for Finance Department to be used for Management Reporting.
- Quarterly Preparation of sales performance reports for Finance Dep’t to calculate the sales performance rewards
- Regularly Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
- Create ad-hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Management Office departments.
- Review and Audit of Offshore Office Expenses; approve Purchase requisites and generate Good Receive Notes for Commercial Department
- Assist the Sales Dept by exploring new Leads through Internet & other Market Intelligence Tools
- Analyze results and set up customize reports and related requirements for:
o Sales Meetings (Daily / Weekly)
o Sales Operation Planning Meetings
o Billet Nomination Meetings
o Any other ad-hoc requirement
o CRM related
- Analyze the trends in the market and report relevant findings to develop company strategies & identify opportunities to cash in on
- Research new suitable markets and identify profitable market business opportunities, new customers and industries to increase margins.
- Analyze sales and product development
- Reporting and analysis as per attached list.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Finance and or equivalent
- Experience on the same industry (Aluminium Extrusions / metals)
- Good understanding of manufacturing principles and in depth market know how
- Advanced EXCEL skills
- Microsoft Power BI (Intermediary Level) with basic understanding to DAX language
- Strong Analytical Skills
