  • Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and service offerings, to drive company growth.
  • Coordinate and support the development of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials, ensuring high quality and compelling content.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of business development initiatives, including events, webinars, and marketing campaigns, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of consultancy projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts to support business development activities and consultancy projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive advantage.

To strengthen our Business Development and Consultancy functions, we are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Business Development & Consultancy Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule internal meetings with management and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize and manage external client meetings, ensuring timely communication and proper follow-up.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Consultancy Team to prepare proposals, presentations, and business-related documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of proposals, RFP documentation, and client deliverables.
  • Support the team in preparing client reports, market insights, and background information when required.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, tracking meetings, proposals, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the information needed for proposal development.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the BD and Consultancy units to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Consultancy Support, or Client Coordination will be preferred.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a related role.

  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the consulting industry and market trends.
  • Exhibits fluency in English and any other language is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
