We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring new clients and driving growth for our Practice Management solutions. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals to expand our footprint across the region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across the GCC and Turkey.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and impact of our Practice Management solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Stay updated on market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong market position.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC region.
Experience in management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience using AI-based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma, ChatGPT, etc., along with a general understanding of LLMs.
Strong communication skills: proficiency in English & Arabic is required and French is preferred.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
