مساعد خادم مطعم الجزار والمشروبات يدعم فريق الخدمة في تقديم تجربة تناول طعام استثنائية. تشمل هذه الوظيفة مساعدة الخدم في تلبية احتياجات الضيوف، والحفاظ على النظافة، وضمان تقديم الطعام والمشروبات في الوقت المناسب.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مساعدة الخدم في أخذ وتقديم طلبات الطعام والمشروبات.
- الحفاظ على النظافة وتنظيم الطاولات، ومناطق تناول الطعام، ومحطات الخدمة.
- إعادة ملء الماء، والخبز، وغيرها من الضروريات على الطاولة حسب الحاجة.
- دعم الإعداد الصحيح وتفكيك مناطق تناول الطعام.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
- مساعدة في الطلبات الخاصة للضيوف وتقديم الخدمة بسرعة.
- أداء مهام أو مشاريع أخرى كما يعينها مشرف الأغذية والمشروبات، أو مساعد مدير المطعم، أو المدير العام للمطعم.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
