What You ll Be Doing
- Supporting the end-to-end buying process for the Kidswear category from range planning and selection to purchasing, pricing, and product lifecycle management.
- Partnering with the Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align on stock levels, sell-through targets, and campaign product selections.
- Monitoring category performance and providing insights on sales, stock, and margin to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and timely deliveries.
- Staying up to date with market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to make informed buying decisions.
- Assisting in seasonal buying appointments, preparation of brand reports, and managing reorders to drive commercial opportunities.
- Supporting the Buyer with buying feedback reports, performance reviews, and recommendations for future seasons.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
A self-driven buyer with 5 8 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, preferably with exposure to Kidswear or related categories.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to balance creative intuition and commercial strategy.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel and retail systems, with the ability to interpret sales data and consumer trends effectively.
- A team player with a passion for fashion, children s trends, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
