Please share your professional journey with us and how did you reach where you are.

I started my career in 2008 and have been working for the last 12 years within different functions with 6 years in the HR field.

Which aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy dealing with people the most. I also challenge myself in different areas by continuous learning through embarking on new projects.

What is the best part about working in your company?

Rawabi Holding is distinguished by its healthy work environment and the continuous development of our staff which reflects on both company growth and our employees career life.

What is your favorite way to de-stress after a long day at work?

Doing some sport activity such as walking.

What advice would you like to give to the jobseekers who are struggling to find a job during the times of COVID-19?

Stay positive and patient. Remember that whoever pursues any target will definitely reach it. This is a temporary situation. Learn from it. Seize any opportunity you have for learning remotely or on site. Use this time to challenge yourself in any area of improvement you may have and never lose sight of your goal.
