Key Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately through Fidelio, ensuring correct settlement for cash transactions
• Present guest folios for verification and ensure proper payment handling
• Verify guest names when charging to rooms; request additional identification when necessary
• Inform guests that personal or company cheques are not accepted in F and B outlets
• Advise guests to exchange foreign currency at the front desk before settling bills
• Maintain punctuality and follow grooming standards
• Ensure compliance with hotel rules and disciplinary procedures
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests during payment interactions
• Support F and B and front office colleagues in maintaining proper billing procedures
• Handle cash, receipts, and documentation in accordance with hotel policies
