Casinetto was founded in 2009 with the mission to transform the UAE's culinary scene and to make every meal memorable. Whether you’re a professional chef or a home cook, creating those rich, authentic flavours begins with the right ingredients. It’s why we source all our food ingredients directly from farmers, bakers and artisans from Italy and all around Europe and deliver right to your doorstep. As Italian family farmers, we knew just who to call. The Leonardi family who make exquisite blue cheeses. Giuseppe Morana for his fresh tomatoes from Sicily. And Maurizio an Alvaro for truffles from Umbria. As we grew, so did our network. Fishermen from Spain, succulent hams and silky olive oils, French artisans, mouthwatering meats and fruit and vegetables from specific regions in Europe, all packed with rich flavour. Today we proudly work with local fishermen and farmers, with artisan producers and craftsmen and women from across the continent.
