Years of Experience (Mandatory)

7 15 years total professional security experience.

Minimum 4+ years in executive protection / close protection of HNIs, celebrities, politicians, diplomats, or senior executives.

Minimum 3+ years handling international travel security and multi-location movement.

At least 2+ years leading or coordinating a small security team (2 5 personnel).

Required Work Experience

Proven track record providing 24/7 close protection for high-profile individuals.

Experience in high-pressure public environments: events, shoots, airports, political gatherings.

Hands-on expertise with:

• VIP security protocols & protective formations
• Food safety verification & contamination prevention
• Anti-surveillance and counter-surveillance monitoring
• Behavioral analysis and threat detection
• Managing large crowds and identifying risk indicators
• Crisis management, evacuation planning, and first-response handling

Experience coordinating with:

• Hotel security teams
• Airport/airline security units
• Local law enforcement
• International security vendors

Demonstrated ability to execute advance checks, secure routes, prepare safe zones, and inspect environments before HNI arrival.

Strict confidentiality background with zero security breach history.

Experience adapting to unpredictable schedules and long-duty hours.

1. FORMAL EDUCATIONAL & TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS

Tier 2 Professional Defense/Security Certifications (Highly Important)

• Close Protection Officer (CPO) Level 3 or Level 4 Certification
• Executive Protection (EP) Certification
• Certified Bodyguard Certification (Indian or International)
• Anti-Surveillance & Counter-Surveillance Training
• First Aid / CPR / Emergency Medical Response Certification
• Fire & Safety Certification
• Food Safety Awareness Certification (advantageous)

3. TECHNICAL & SECURITY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Core Security Skills

• Threat assessment & situational awareness
• Crowd behavior analysis & early risk identification
• Anti-surveillance and counter-surveillance detection
• Vehicle entry/exit safety checks & perimeter sweeps
• Food safety and contamination risk evaluation
• Visitor screening & item inspection
• Detection of hidden/unauthorized recording devices
• Behavioral micro-expression reading

Crisis & Emergency Skills

• Immediate response in medical or physical emergencies
• First Aid & CPR proficiency
• Evacuation planning & quick movement protocols
• Conflict de-escalation and calm crisis handling

Monitoring & Surveillance Skills

• Monitoring staff, workers, and visitors
• Observing room/environment shifts & suspicious movements
• Using manual or basic electronic surveillance techniques

Coordination & Protocol Skills

• Coordinating with:
• Local police & law enforcement
• Airport authorities
• Hotel/event venue security
• International bodyguard support teams
• Knowledge of VIP & VVIP travel security protocols
• Maintaining a minimum of two trained personnel during travel
• Securing hotel rooms, routes, meeting rooms, vehicles, and sets

4. CORE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Physical Security & Close Protection

• Stay with the HNI 24/7 no unscheduled absence
• Maintain constant vigilance at all locations
• Pre-scan and secure surroundings before HNI arrives or exits
• Travel everywhere with the HNI, including international trips
• Ensure smooth protection at events, shoots, airports, hotels, and public places

B. Food Safety & Consumption Protocol

• Approve or reject all food items before consumption
• Inspect packaging, handling, and preparation quality
• Monitor food/water sources and individuals handling them
• Prevent food-related contamination or tampering risk

C. Environment & Crowd Monitoring

• Assess crowd size, density, and mood
• Identify threats based on behavioral cues
• Block or navigate away from unsafe individuals
• Ensure HNI s physical space, privacy, and comfort

D. Meeting Room & Visitor Protocol

• Inspect items visitors bring into meetings
• Detect unauthorized recording devices or suspicious items
• Observe micro-behavior and body language for hidden intent
• Ensure all items taken inside are removed upon exit

E. Travel & Multi-Team Coordination

• Prepare safe travel routes, timing, and environment checks
• Coordinate with destination security teams
• Secure hotel rooms, exits, cars, and surroundings before HNI enters
• Maintain at least two trained security staff during travel rotation

F. Crisis Management & Peace-of-Mind

• Handle issues discreetly without alarming the HNI
• Neutralize risks proactively before escalation
• Maintain a calm, composed, and safe environment

6. OPERATIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Available 24/7 with complete flexibility
• Able to work long duties without losing alertness
• Maintain logs, reports, and communication cleanly
• Manage junior/secondary security personnel
• Adapt quickly across hotels, airports, outdoor events, sets
• High discipline in following protocols consistently
