Civil Foreman / Civil Supervisor (F&B Fit-out) EUREKA RESTAURANT & CAFE L.L.C

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman / Civil Supervisor to manage and supervise civil works for F&B restaurant fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in restaurant fit-outs, including finishes, coordination with MEP works, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires close supervision of site activities to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works at site for F&B restaurant projects.
• Manage site activities including blockwork, plastering, tiling, screeding, flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, and finishes.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of civil and MEP works.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and tools at site to maintain productivity.
• Ensure proper setting-out and measurements before execution.
• Identify and resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare site progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Ensure snag rectification and support final handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Civil Construction or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil works, with mandatory experience in F&B restaurant fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works including restaurant finishes and back-of-house areas.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and shop drawings.
• Experience working in malls and commercial environments is an advantage.
