- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documenting progress, delays, and issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost estimation, tracking expenses against the budget.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain workflow.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and labor teams.
