Civil Supervisor - Finishing Plus Palace General Contracting LLC

Supervision & Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled finishers, ensuring that each task is completed to the highest standard.
• Provide guidance and training to workers, ensuring they are knowledgeable of techniques and materials specific to luxury finishes.
• Assign daily work tasks and manage team performance to ensure the completion of all finishing tasks on time and within budget.
• Monitor the quality of the work and ensure that all finishes meet the aesthetic and technical requirements of luxury villas.

1. Quality Control & Attention to Detail:
• Review detailed drawings and specifications to ensure finishes meet the luxurious standards expected in high-end residential properties.
• Oversee the installation of high-quality materials such as custom cabinetry, specialty flooring, fine marble, high-end wallpapers, and luxury paint finishes.
• Inspect the completed work, paying close attention to detail, and make adjustments to ensure a flawless finish.
• Resolve any issues related to quality, rework, or errors and address them swiftly.
2. Collaboration with Design & Architecture Teams:
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure the design vision is fully realized.
• Provide feedback on design aspects that may need adjustments based on the practicalities of construction and materials.
• Attend design meetings when required to ensure seamless integration of finishes with the overall design concept.
3. Client Liaison & Satisfaction:
• Act as the point of contact for clients regarding finishing work, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that their expectations are met.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring their needs and preferences are prioritized.
• Offer suggestions for improvements or enhancements to finishes based on current trends or client requests, ensuring the final result exceeds their expectations.
4. Coordination of Materials & Subcontractors:
• Oversee the procurement and proper use of high-end materials for finishing work, ensuring they are on-site in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that luxury materials are sourced and delivered according to schedule.
• Manage subcontractors who may be involved in specific areas of the finishing work (e.g., specialty flooring, custom cabinetry) and ensure their work aligns with the overall quality standards.
5. Budget and Schedule Management:
• Ensure that all finishing work stays within budget and on schedule, minimizing any delays in the final stages of the project.
• Track labor and material costs related to finishing and provide regular updates to project managers on progress.
• Address any challenges or delays immediately and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure timely completion.
6. Health, Safety, and Compliance:
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and standards on the worksite to protect the team and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Ensure that all team members are trained in safety practices and are using equipment properly to avoid accidents or delays.
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections on a regular basis.
7. Documentation & Reporting:
• Keep accurate records of the materials used, the progress of work, and any issues that arise.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients, including any changes or adjustments made to the original plans.
• Monitor and report on quality control processes and resolutions of any deficiencies found in the work.
