We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic, and results-driven Client Partner - Digital Transformation to lead our growth efforts within the UAE and the broader MENA region. The ideal candidate will be a "hunter" by nature, possessing a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a sophisticated network of high-level decision-makers.

This is not a traditional sales role; it is a position for a cultural ambassador and a technical strategist who understands the nuances of doing business in the Middle East, from the boardroom to the Majlis.

  1. Strategic Growth & Sales Execution: Identify, qualify, and close high-value digital transformation opportunities. You will be responsible for consistently hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  2. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust, multi-stage pipeline involving Government Entities (G2G/G2B), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and Tier-1 Private Sector partners. Regional Expansion: While focusing heavily on the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah), you will lead the charge in expanding Kyro’s footprint across the MENA region, requiring frequent travel.

  3. Networking & Presence: Represent Kyro Solutions at major regional trade shows (e.g., GITEX, LEAP, GISEP) and high-level industry roundtables to reinforce our market leadership.

  4. Relationship Management: Utilize a "Majlis-style" approach to networking, building deep-rooted trust with stakeholders that transcends transactional business.

  5. Solution Selling: Collaborate with the team to tailor digital transformation roadmaps that address the specific pain points of the UAE market.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. Experience: A minimum of 5 to 6 years of proven experience specifically in Digital Transformation sales or high-end Technology Consulting within the MENA region.

  2. Linguistic Mastery: Full professional fluency in English and Arabic (Written and Spoken) is mandatory. You must be able to draft formal proposals and conduct high-level negotiations in both languages.

  3. Regional Expertise: A deep understanding of UAE business etiquette, regional labor laws, and the cultural nuances of the "Majlis" networking system. Established Network: A "plug-and-play" book of business and a diverse network of C-suite and government contacts within the UAE.

  4. Mobility: Based in Dubai with the flexibility to travel across the GCC and MENA as business needs dictate. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
