Key Responsibilities

• Own the adviser's client admin end-to-end: meeting packs, documentation, workflow management
• Support light paraplanning tasks: research, letters, drafting, report preparation
• Use Skybound's tech platforms to streamline processes and elevate the client experience
• Liaise with providers, internal teams, and clients to keep cases moving with zero friction
• Maintain the high compliance standards expected across all Skybound entities

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, ideally adviser support or admin

High-level organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and professionalism with senior clients

Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems

Ability to work in a fast, demanding, quality-driven environment
