الأدوار والمسؤوليات

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • ضمان تنفيذ الطلب إلى النقد بشكل مثالي وتقديم الخدمة؛ قيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لأهداف OTIF.
  • تصميم وتوحيد عمليات سلسلة الإمداد؛ تنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة، وروتين الحوكمة؛ إدارة حل المشكلات ومراجعات الأداء.
  • التعاون مع الأقسام التجارية، المالية، الجودة، واللوجستيات؛ قيادة منتديات S&O وإدارة التغيير.
  • تطوير وتدريب فريق صغير؛ تعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي وقدرات الاستعداد للمستقبل.
  • بناء لوحات معلومات Power BI وبرج التحكم لرؤية EMEA؛ تحويل البيانات إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

المؤهلات:

  • بكالوريوس في سلسلة الإمداد/الهندسة/إدارة الأعمال (يفضل الماجستير).
  • أكثر من 10 سنوات في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد مع خبرة في التحليلات، التميز في العمليات، ونظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (SAP).
  • مهارات قيادية قوية، تواصل، وتعاون بين الوظائف.
  • إجادة في Power BI، Excel المتقدم؛ خبرة في بيئات المصفوفة، متعددة الثقافات.

This position works out of our location Dubai in the Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics division.

Role Purpose:
The Commercial Supply Chain Excellence Lead plays a key role in driving the transformation of the EMEA Supply Chain into a data-driven, performance-focused, and customer-oriented organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the role leads the design and execution of commercial supply chain processes, data insights, and governance models that enable operational excellence, improved visibility, and business agility.br>
This position combines strategic vision with operational execution and requires a supply chain expert leader with strong analytical, digital, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive sustainable process improvements and embed a culture of excellence across the region.
