Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, portion, and store ingredients for cooking
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, and fryers
- Check food temperatures and ensure safe food handling
- Monitor food quality and maintain presentation standards
- Set up and break down kitchen workstations
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
- Support the culinary team during peak hours
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
