requirements

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain sector.

Demonstrated experience in organizing and hosting AMAs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and communities.

Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.

Must be available and responsive to community needs as they arise.

Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and urgent issues is essential.

A genuine passion for Web3, blockchain technology, and community building.

Driven and motivated to contribute to the success of the project.

Immersed in crypto/Web3 culture with demonstrable knowledge of platforms preferred by these communities (X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, etc.).

Strong time management skills and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team towards common objectives.

Continuously add value through effective project management, prioritization, and efficient execution.
