Responsibilities:
- HR Transformation Project Management
- Managing large-scale transformation and change projects.
- Collaboration with directors and consultants to ensure the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Participation in transformation projects in the banking sector.
What we are looking for:
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in managing HR transformation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, talent management and skills development
- Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills.
- Commitment, curiosity, inventiveness, team spirit,
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility for travel within France and Morocco.
- Previous experience in consulting.
