الأدوار والمسؤوليات
The Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting dermatology and gynecology enhancement procedures and wellness programs to eligible Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) patients visiting the hospital. The role focuses on engaging patients through professional, ethical, and informative interactions to create awareness about medically appropriate aesthetic and enhancement services that support improved personality, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Engagement & Business Development
Proactively meet and interact with IP and OP patients within designated clinical areas as permitted.
Educate patients on available aesthetic, cosmetic, and preventive enhancement services offered by the hospital.
Initiate conversations in a respectful, non-intrusive, and patient-sensitive manner.
Explain benefits, treatment pathways, expected outcomes, and available packages/programs.
Coordinate patient referrals to consultants for detailed clinical evaluation.
Sales & Conversion
Promote hospital-approved aesthetic packages, enhancement programs, and preventive care services.
Support conversion of patient inquiries into booked consultations or procedures.
Achieve assigned monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Follow up with interested patients to facilitate appointments and treatment decisions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and patient interactions.
Coordination & Service Facilitation
Work closely with Dermatology and Gynecology departments to understand service offerings.
Coordinate appointments between patients and consultants.
Ensure seamless patient experience from inquiry to procedure scheduling.
Liaise with billing, insurance, and patient relations teams when required.
Compliance & Ethical Practice
Ensure all engagements comply with hospital policies, ethical medical marketing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Avoid medical advice or clinical recommendations; all clinical decisions remain consultant-led.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Ensure patient interactions are informative and never coercive or pressurizing.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily interaction and opportunity tracking reports.
Provide periodic sales performance updates to reporting manager.
Share patient feedback and market insights to support service development

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in healthcare sales, aesthetic clinic sales, wellness programs, or hospital business development preferred.
Experience in dermatology, cosmetic, or women’s wellness services is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient-centric approach with strong emotional intelligence.
Persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Understanding of aesthetic and wellness services (preferred).
Ability to work within clinical environments respectfully.
Work Environment
Hospital-based role involving interaction with both OP and admitted patients.
Requires coordination with clinical and non-clinical departments.
May involve flexible working hours based on patient flow
